all this rush and fuss
to celebrate the birth of
a homeless pauper

For The Weekend

Sadly ,colonies of wombats are being seriously depleted due to road kill and sarcoptic mange.
These very cute animals are in need of government funding to protect them as an endangered species.



Because the above video is disallowed I will substitute some pics of little George who  is an orphan.
His mother was a victim to road kill.












They grow into large stout stocky animals with huge claws for burrowing.
Patrick (below) is the biggest wombat in the world.
He lives in the London Zoo.Most wombats in the wild live until about 15 years old.
Patrick is 29 and is a virgin.This may have something to do with being in Britain all  this time:)
