October is the best month to be born in, when one marches to the beat of a different drum. All things weird and wonderful belong to October, so you should feel right at home. If I could've chosen my birthday month, it would've been October.
Hopefully those of us who march to a different drum beat learn to embrace it - it isn't always easy. I love the Virginia Wolf image - she looking elegant sitting on the walkway with her sweet dog.
