  1. Yes, and it is very irritating. Been going on for months and obviously not going away...so, decided to poke the shark in the eye with a stick and see if it backs off..but,probably wont and will probably now be attacked by the entire school aroused by the scent of blood in the breeze..oh well, just as well me armour is in good nick:)

  2. This has got to be so bothersome and also must interfere with your writing. Why can't people all 'play nice.'

  3. Well, that is the idea Mary,..to interfere and destroy..however, fortunately for me, on entering a highly competitive field when I was very young, I became acquainted with self defence strategies (thanks to my father ) and learnt that those who excel will always be targeted by those who aspire but are unable to excel. It really is that simple!Writing is not my raison d'etre,so that probably makes it worse.

  5. I hope they let off, but even so, this rant is delicious.

  6. It's hard to play with the no-rules gang, but a poke in the eye after a broken platter episode might help. :)

  7. Rall, I agree with you 100% that those who excel will be targetted. I have seen it again and again. (I have stories......and firsthand experience.) I am glad to see you writing , and your poem IS a good one!

  9. Thank you so much for your comments.I know how difficult it must be to place one's head above the parapet and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. It tops off a wonderful day spent at Shoal Bay ..perfect spot before the mad holiday season starts.

  11. Why not 'poke the cuckoo in the eye' by taking off comment moderation, so that the world can see who/what is the problem with this cuckoo in your nest? That way, other, more sane (!) bloggers could rush to your defence and maybe strengthen youw campaign. We could help make sure justice is done...

  12. No worries Jinksy! I am accustomed to taking on several opponents at once...I am sort of the Bruce Lee of the poetry world:)
