For The Weekend

Sydney Summer Evening

Friday night
just got back home
from a harbour swim
Wonderful
Summer breeze makes me feel fine
Blowing through the jasmin of my mind

Thought For The Weekend ( if you have nothing better to think about:)

Australian fossils. Ediacaran fossils 530 million years ago thought by some scientists to be living on land rather than in the sea?

  1. Jasmin? You're lucky all I get is prickly pear.

  2. Cosmo needs a few dozen sydney rock oysters, cold champers and a swim in the harbour to remove the prickles.

  3. Mmmm...one out of three. the Newberys have spent over three billion years crawling from the ocean. Not enamoured with the idea of visiting the rels. Oysters are ok in their Kilpatrick incarnation. But then so are mushrooms.

Perhaps I shoud have my brain waxed?

  4. O/10 for style and savoire faire. I am very suspicious of men
who are accountants, do not like oysters or swimming and whistle!
I have never heard of brain waxing...must be a Melbourne thing!

  5. PS
The Newbery's may have started off on the land. There is a new school of scientific thought that thinks that Ediacarans 530 million years ago were on land and then moved into the sea.
