3 months isn't much of a summer, I heard some of those cicadas say (they were all abuzz!)
...and what a summer it was! A flash of the fires we set.
In my world, Spring beckons! I love the thought of the cicadas packing their bags. Thank you for my morning smile!
I always sense some hope when you down under talks about end of summer... soon we will have spring.
time does fly indeed!
Seasons go too fast. The cicadas are likely sad too.
Its definitely been a summer to remember!!
I always feel we have about five or six months of summer here not that I'm complaining.
we are in spring and can see the deadly red eye of summer..."it's friday / jazz and wine night" lovely :)
I love this!
Thank you for Brubeck too!
I like that time of the year when we are in the middle of a changing season; things are somehow more vivid and beautiful.A lovely image captured in your words.-HA
I always forget that when it's spring here, it's fall on the other side of the world.
It never fails to surprise me how quickly the summer flies by! It's like a freak of nature sort of thing, isn't it??
