Danse Macabre

the dead
summoned from their graves
party and dance all night long
in the morning they return
to wait another year

  1. The usual fun to be had it seems from Dia de Muertos. Celebrated without too much fear..an unusal inclusive time with the living...

  5. I think the male skeleton said to the female skeleton "Good heavens, girl look how much weight you've lost since you've been here!"

  7. You make it sound like a can't miss party! I'll be patient and wait my turn, of course, but still... ;)

  8. Day Of The Dead is really big here in my city. It's a remembrance of those who have passed and a celebration of the living. Many activities this weekend, capped off with a huge parade on Sunday night. We're only 65 miles from the Mexican border.
