in her own world
lush rich and colourful
she thrives
to survive
she must visit the other world
dangerous and heartless
she does her best
to remain invisible
WRITERS PANTRY # 61
Eerie and relatable.
This is moving on many levels Rall. I love how for me it represents more than just the fox. Wonderful, and insightful!
This is a great interpretation of that fox in transit ... or in limbo.
I love the idea of visiting the other world to survive, and trying to remain invisible.
Somehow suggestive of how we attempt to change our true selves to fit the expectations of others.
Interesting its like sometimes we have to be good angels to one another, invisible blessingsMuch💜love
the yogi says we must wear a different face for the marketplace - this poem epitomizes that for me
Yes, very ethereal indeed; and a perfect photo accompaniment. Salute.
Hmmm. Very thought-provoking!
You say so much in just a few words and it speaks so well to the image.
camouflage--dangerous & vulnerable as well. Well said.
I love the way you penned, virtually, this journal entry of our lives. We are the foxes who somehow have survived this cruel invader of our planet. Soon we can rejoin the visible once more. ..
you could write a suspenseful novel with those words. :)
Sadly we twnd to forget we are animals too and try to convince ourselves we are superior to other creatures...what a mistake that is.
Excellent! Truly excellent! Love the image and I love your words! Big Hugs!
Oh I love this and your ending is so true for many.
I feel this. Nice as a response to the image as well. :)
