 it's your spring birthday

i think of you every day

and remember you

your silver bracelet never

leaves my wrist ma chere grandmere


talented lady

i still have your crochet work

cut glass and tea cups

how fortunate was i to 

have you in my life-thank you



not allowed to touch

these precious things as a child

always on display

you were such an artist in

every conceivable way
