Friday Writings # 179

calme-toi cherie

you don't have to begin again

it has been a life time of

over and over again

ca suffit

too many times already

you've made it into old age

miraculous

don't push your luck

enjoy the time you have left

qui sait ce qui peut  arriver

  1. Hi Rall, I am aging and might like the English for the quote under Melville's photo. The "arrival" makes me think it might be this one:
"To know how to grow old is the master work of wisdom, and one of the most difficult chapters in the great art of living."
    Might also the non-English
    lines in your write?
    p.s. I think I've already aged.

  3. Indeed, old age has been much maligned. There are benefits too. Let's not be whingers and harp on about the bad things only, again and again!

  4. Growing old masterfully does take a lot of wisdom. I'm not sure of all the quotes, but I believe I'm getting the gist of it.
