I cannot tolerate destruction of trees in the name of anything. I am so aggrieved and angry reading your lines Rall: "when heritage magnificent trees were murdered on Anzac Parade Sydney in 2016 / by a SCUM government / to make way for light rail transport". So disgraceful.
ReplyDeleteIt is terrible when the Old Ones are removed - instead of moving the railway line, or road or whatever.........those trees are breathtaking indeed. The barbarism of humanity indeed. No end to it, it seems.
