my sweet cheeky boy
warm sunshine in such sad times
so easy to love
tea time
marmalade boy's
favourite feline game
serve me salmon or the teacup
takes a tumble
i do like
a comfortable bed
to relax
and dream in
particularly with all
the embroidery
a love story
so pleased
they found each other
always with him
never to be forgotten
canned fish for my meals
mostly never on time
i prefer to eat fresh lobster
come quickly
save me
how can a little cat survive this
CINQUAIN
not my idea
can't stand all the fan mail
leonardo blames me for it
not true

Oh he looks like a warm sunshine What a gorgeous cat Nice to get to know him through your words
ReplyDeleteI don't have a cat or a pet but these are sweet little tributes and notes. Pets are endearing.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day.
I laughed out loud at the cat's plea to "Save me!" I know they really do feel hungry, but cats put so much drama into propositions that meals be served early!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful flow of thoughts and feelings - Jae
ReplyDeleteOh, he's a cutie-pie all right! (No wonder Mona Lisa is smiling.)
ReplyDeleteOne after the next ~~ delightfully entertaining, Rall. Cats are magical. Your writing is also.
ReplyDeleteI love these little poems, and of course, the cat's dialog!
