Three Cheers For The Paraclete

3WW

she sat on the ledge
looking out to sea
from her thinking seat
watching the waves
knead the rocks
under the melting sun

this was her place
to cleanse the cobwebs away
the oracle had told her
it was her time again
she knew it and
she meant it

  7. I need a spot like that. April has been gray and cold and snowy and rainy. It drags me down. There's something bewitching, almost hypnotizing, about looking out over water. Nice poem, Rall!
