Tasmania January 2013
OK Huey you
can write the script but just send
the rain s'il vous plait
my plants are smiling
a big drink of water is
what the doctor said
35 degrees
it's only 8 am set
to be a scorcher
cacti need water
i need to swim in the sea
next week i will go
that's not in the script
i'm doing it anyway
Huey- make it rain
"s'il vous plait" makes me think of Sylvia Plath ;p and it's a nice thought to me.
ReplyDeleteSounds good. Nice one.
ReplyDeleteAmen.
ReplyDeleteAnd if I had known the script inclided a wet shirt scene I would have paid mor attention.
This is a plea for rain.
ReplyDeleteOz is experiencing a severe heat wave at the moment.
Huey means God in the Aussie language.
that's not in the script
ReplyDeletei'm doing it anyway
Huey- make it rain
One is often faced with choices. But take a stand and be counted. A brave decision is making the decision itself. Nicely Rallen!
Hank
Grrrrr! It's Rall, Hank!
ReplyDeleteYou need to put that to music! It's so interesting to hear of places where it's summer!
ReplyDeleteIt took me a long time to train him not to call me Cosmos. :-/
ReplyDeleteJoanne
ReplyDelete"Highway to Hell"..would be appropriate
Poor Tasmania is really copping it.
Hey Cosmo...what form of persuasive torture do you recommend?
Hazel, you might be suffering from heat stroke:)
ReplyDeleteYou too Anthony!
ReplyDeleteI eventually figured out that he didn't return to read my rebukes and so posted a 'My name is Cosmo, not Cosmos' message on his blog.
ReplyDeleteHope you are safe and cool(-ish).
It is difficult to think of scorch, when it is freezing out here. I loved the spontaneity of it.
ReplyDeleteSurviving...tomorrow Tuesday is the big apocalypse day for NSW. We are in category high danger area which is not extreme or catastrophic
ReplyDeletecategory. The winds are supposed to be gale force tomorrow. Prepared the house got the hoses ready. Set up a sprinkler system on the roof (my idea ..genius gal)
Have been listening to the news - it will be a...what? A high risk day. A long, worrying, uncomfortable day. But hopefully not a bad day.
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean you will dance on the roof? Oh.
