    in a haiku to include

  5. Example...it is customary to kiss the bride at the end of the wedding ceremony

    the priest smiled and said
you may now kiss your sweet bride
" oh no! well here goes"

  6. Example .... it is customary for French men to kiss one another

    what's this all about?

    3. Public school, I'm afraid. They also "invented" one or two other unsavoury past times. Don't confuse these types with a true Englishman. Watch Sharpe if you want to understand a Brit.

  10. With innovations all around love never gets this easier to put in touch & reach out everyone but oh so unreal to feel inside.

  11. Well Kelvin, humans are rapidly transforming into robots so feeling anything will be
irrelevant soon and in fact will be an undesirable hindrance.:)

    1. ..oh..o.. & soon all sort of feelings: mad, sad, happy, scared will all be put in a microchip along with foods & beverages so by the moment we starve & feel like eating we can easily just insert a microchip inside our silicon skin & we will all be solved---sucks! thank God, i'm not destined to live a hundred year. Though, i feel pity for the succeeding generations. aww.

    2. And the small minority group who resist will be regarded as subversives and persecuted and so history will repeat itself which it does over and over again...meanwhile we are poets and we will inhabit our own lovely worlds which no one can take away from us. It is Sunday evening here...I am just about to eat (real food) and I hope you enjoy the rest of your evening Kelvin!

    3. ..well, enjoy the real taste of a real food while you may... before microchips dominate... hihi... the night is near here at the moment & soon i shall prepare for dinner too (sadly, i'm alone again.. the prize of independence)...have a good night!

  16. “The greatest disease in the West today is not TB or leprosy;
it is being unwanted, unloved, and uncared for.
We can cure physical diseases with medicine,
but the only cure for loneliness, despair, and hopelessness is love.

There are many in the world who are dying for a piece of bread
but there are many more dying for a little love.
The poverty in the West is a different kind of poverty,
it is not only a poverty of loneliness but also of spirituality.
    There's a hunger for love,
as there is a hunger for God.”
