if you compose
a rock opera
about sibling rivalry
before dawn
i will give you starlight
on raspberry jam toast
smelter the shape of a goldfish
into your brass trombone
release your friends
all clamouring innocence
incarcerated for dubious dealings
in the dungeon
and find them all jobs on the firing squad
This is the right website for anybody who hopes to understand this
ReplyDeletetopic. You realize a whole lot its almost tough to argue with you (not that
I actually would want to…HaHa). You definitely put a fresh spin on a subject that has been written about for decades.
Great stuff, just wonderful!
My blog: best job tshirts
A very interesting play of the given words. Cheers
ReplyDeleteWow! What an imagination. Very enjoyable.
ReplyDeletemy apologies for not stopping in sooner to say thank you for playing the wordle! :)
ReplyDeleteyou've outdone yourself here, with such an odd assortment of words, but you've created a great story, using absolutely fascinating imagery - I love so many of the lines - actually, I'd be rewriting the entire poem here if I began to choose - each is so unique and yet tasty! Great job Rall! Cheers!
My goodness this is good!!❤️
ReplyDeleteI took up the trombone for a short while--it's difficult--and all I blew was a lot of hot air. What fun it is to play with an odd assortment of words and corral them into something coherent, which you have done quite cleverly here.
ReplyDeleteVery clever use of prompted words! An interesting subject.
ReplyDeleteI love the starlight on raspberry jam toast, a LOT! You have woven a clever tale with the words.
ReplyDeleteSuch fun wordplay and wordbump here.
ReplyDeleteLOVE:
"smelter the shape of a goldfish
into your brass trombone"
Having suffered sibling rivalry as the younger brother I can well appreciated this. Luckily after primary school we went to different schools so I was only bullied at home when the parents weren't looking...such happy days when young!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear that. I know someone whose life has been blighted by a similar situation with a sister. A happy childhood is probably not as common as we might think.
ReplyDeleteHaha, be quiet, it's still morning! Or there will be consequences.
