Midweek Motif - Poets United

I am an Amearican too Robert
I have orange hair and a big fan club
No one calls me God over here
Although I do have it written on my t shirt
to remind everyone

  2. OMG, this is the tragic truth we are living - my worst nightmare. I came awake one morning saying out loud "make it stop....make it stop!!!!!!!"

    1. I am not an Amearican. This is written in the voice of an Amearican who appears regularly on our goggle box screens globally and frightens small children and pets:)

  7. Your poem has concealed deeper meanings hidden behind 'American'.. Oh, it's wonderfully Universal.. To me this word is just a symbol which has so many people, things and situations veiled behind it..
PS: 'No one calls me God over here
Although I do have it written on my t shirt' had me in splits:):)
