“Natural Woman” Digital Collage Art “Covid Creations” by Susie Clevenger
keeping up appearances
dressed in her sunday finery
lady of the caged birds
mounted
on a pile of garden refuse
who nailed her pony tail to the sky?
guess you dont always need bars
to be imprisoned

Love your interpretation of Susie's digital art. Poem fits it beautifully. (do you have a first name?)

“who nailed her pony tail to the sky?” ... I love this observation.
ReplyDelete"Lady of the Caged Birds" ... hmmm. I thought her hair was caught in some sort of magnetic pull to the moon, and secretly hoped it broke loose and the door to the bird cage broke open when it landed, and now she's just a beautiful lady standing in a garden! That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
ReplyDeleteI love your unique take on my art. Thank you for showing me your vision!
ReplyDeleteThis art piece is amazing and I love your words with it! Perfect! Big Hugs!
