i wrote this poem... WHY?

to promote this gorgeous cat's portrait

as wonder cat of the year

i pledge to support intellectual

well read domesticated cats

shatter the customized myth

that cats are without animation

just teasers only interested in

aromatic fresh seafood

cats have fantastical magnetic personalities

are loving good companions

make the best friends one could ever have

every home should have one

A German Shepherd, Doberman and a cat have died.

All three are faced with God who wants to know what they believe in.

The German shepherd says: "I believe in discipline training and loyalty to my master."

"Good," says God. "Then sit down on my right side. Doberman, what do you believe in?"

The Doberman answers: "I believe in the love, care and protection of my master."

Ah," said God. "You may sit to my left."

Then he looks at the cat and asks, "And what do you believe in?"

The cat answers: "I believe you're sitting in my seat."

  1. Of course I wholeheartedly agree with you about the value and superiority of cats. And I love the joke! (Only slightly less than I love the photo.)

  4. Haha … that is a funny joke and how fortunate to have such an intelligent beautiful cat. I wouldn't be surprised if it did book reviews!

  5. Lovely! (Do you have a pet adoption site like Petfinder? I do a weekly Petfinder Photo Contest to try to help picture them homes.)

Dog.."my master loves me so ...much , he must be God."
Cat..."my master loves me so...much, I must be God."
