THELMA AND LOUISE



A movie that high lighted sexual harrassment that women encounter and their lack of freedom in a male controlled society. A movie that shows women empowered but ultimately shows that there is a long way to go.

    Too many women are cornered with no where to go! This movie put a face on that abuse and the cost of freedom.

    A very sad ending, but I remember how this movie impacted women when it came out. It can be hard and scary to flee abuse, but fleeing is always necessary.
