I'm going backwards
with such ease that
one would never believe
that I had ever managed
forwards
I've omitted to reveal
the reason why
I'm doing this legong dance
backwards in quick step time
I have been wearing
an eccentric reckless label
for months which has now been
indelibly tattooed on my
distended brain
In this Salvador Dali Bali place
Ma Goose Bagus Jegeg
is put into a trance
before she is impaled
with bamboo sticks
and sacrificed
It doesn't hurt
(so they say)
I can see Scuttlebucket's
hand in this somewhere
