Haiku Heights

what is going on
behind the green door i say
oh shenanigans

absinthe is pale green
tastes like lethal creme de menthe
flame thrower in mouth

green is for irish
kiss the blarney stone get drunk
on st.patrick's day

sour green ringlets
a great line from Will Shakespeare
whom i love dearly

she,green with envy
set about destroying me
by emulation

sadly green is me
always trusting believing
loving wrong people

  2. Yikes! the meaner side of green well captured by your choices. This is my favorite:
    "she,green with envy
    set about destroying me
    by emulation"

You captured a biting truth here!

  5. What delightful takes on the prompt! I especially like the shenanigans...maybe because I like to indulge in them myself, no matter the
    color of the door!
