The Family That Bathes Together Stays Together

Claudia's bathroom prompt at dverse

Sunday

it's raining
it's pouring
the old man is snoring
6 o clock in the morning

open the blinds
make the tea
snuggle up in bed
all day
and puss makes three

bathing together
was fun in the past
when we were young
adventurous and
much more lithe
now the bathtub would
need to be double its size

tis now a ritual
taken alone with bubbles
candles montrachet
and vogue

muscles all soaked in
radox and foam
lemon verbena and thyme
and a nice glass of wine

  1. Yes, I find that snuggling up to a warm pussy in bed is a sure fire way of taking one's mind off the weather.

  15. All the fun of growing up. Amazingly, it's the same the world over. Bathing together among siblings is universal! Nicely Rallentanda!

  17. Well at least you can still get in and OUT of the tub - out definitely requiring limberness I no longer possess. I enjoyed this vicariously though. A lot.

    1. You need a nice house boy/man servant to help you get in and out:)
