Not just Essex..I wouldn't come within spitting place of this country given the choice..i doubt this is the worst story of our glorious mental health system that has been exposed..
Hopefully with all the publicity these secret courts will be demolished and victims like you will be restored their human rights. I am so sorry for what is happening to you. At least they allow you to use a computer sometimes. Keep writing Jae.
Aren't there enough slights on Essex (the girls particularly) can't we pull the legs of the other counties? Seriously though most countries have problems with dealing with those that really need help not just incarceration.
Agreed. Mental health problems are an issue everywhere but in first world countries (except for Britain) we do not strip them of the rights, lock them up and throw away the key!
Wouldn't have happened on my watch and I have experience from both sides of the fence. Bi-polar is a distressing and frightening condition if not handled sympathetically. From what is known, this situation was handled disgracefully. Sadly, some professionals and lawyers do get a 'buzz' out of dramatic situations.
Yes I knew you would find this upsetting. Unfortunately unlike you, too many people in the "caring " professions seemed to be minus compassion and good heart. Living in an ever increasing heartless society, the State having too much power, the erosion of rights and freedom of the individual leads to situations like this .
