Three Word Wednesday

customers jostle each other
frayed nerves at the supermarket
combative punch up in the car park
the usual behaviour representing
the seasonal pre Christmas jollies
car sluggish wont start
filthy heat and full moon tonight
HO HO HO
MERRY CHRISTMAS

  3. Merry Christmas indeed. I saw an amazing thing Tuesday night at Dominoes. The workers were working really hard to keep up and everyone was waiting patiently to place their orders and a woman budded in line in front of everyone and ordered. Instead of complaining we just shrugged and said oh well and let her go ahead. she ordered and left. her orders was soon ready but she wasn't there and we got our orders before she came back. plus Santa delivery guy gave us all chocolate kisses for being so patient.

  4. Well Sheilagh if anyone deserves this special treatment it is you. You have been a regular and gracious commenter on my poems for years.I do appreciate it and thank you. I wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy NewYear. Tis a pity you insist on living in Canada because it would be nice to head up the road for a tipple and a chat.
    Cheers!

  5. I wouldn't mind if it was but once a year but there are so many days when streets, malls and shops are crowded with people panicking lest they miss an opportunity to be swindled out of their money.
