ReplyDeleteImpressionism is beautiful but sadly it also enabled uglier art to evolve as we became used to seeing life depicted differently with our eyes. Lucky that poets straighten things out!
ReplyDeleteSwallowed the sun - have to love that line..and your parting line made me think of the possibilities of being a child where imagination is free and seemingly endless...pity we have to grow up and pay bills etc..it takes some of the magic away
