Sometimes dull is good - it can mean nothing bad is happening and yes, we always tend to survive...even when we feel we can't...just like Nemo we find a way ;)
This was a lovely, lovely poem about October. I don't know if it was difficult for you to weave all the words together so skillfully but you did. Maybe it helped that you had the word constraints, but however you did it, it is really good.

Really loved these set of lines.. they ring very true. Simple, but very well expressed.
