Haiku Extravaganza

it must be so great
to have a genius as
a president

amazing logic
maybe he was joking
that or the unthinkable

prayers and messages
notes at the wailing wall
wedged in the temple stones

the berlin wall
this fortress was torn down
while we build others

frustration
banging your head against a wall
give it a rest

wall to wall carpet
my friend's home was my dream house
when i was a kid

a great wall of water
a tsunami destroys all
in its path before it

street art on a wall
talent abounds everywhere
even in back lanes

it is written
ignore the writing on the wall
at your own peril

her  mother said no
no orange walls in the bedroom
too bright and busy

you'll be up all night
you wont be able to sleep
dream in pale sea green

a wall of fire
in a matter of minutes
they are all dead

grenfell towers
when it concerns the under class
anything will do

hurt too many times
there is a wall between us
trust is an issue

a garden wall
great way to hide ugly concrete
living breathing artwork

haiku horizons
imaginary garden with real toads

  2. Humanity seems to love walls even when they keep us out. You seem to have covered a whole gamut of walls here so well Rall.

  3. So many interesting aspects of your motif.. They say good fences make good neighbours but what does it say of the people who need them?

  4. Very clever with all the apt images depicting more imagery through out your writing, of which I enjoyed

  6. At least visible walls can be dealt with in some fashion. It's the invisible ones that worry me.
