ReplyDeleteA fox was a frequent visitor to our back yard in my previous home. They are such beautiful animals. When I was a child, we had a jigsaw puzzle which depicted a fox hunt. I always rooted for the fox!!

I think foxes are cute...but only in Europe; but they really upset the Australian wildlife. I hated seeing fox skins hung out on farmers fences in northern South Australia as a warning to others (I doubt if it worked). Poisoning them didn't help as their carcasses probably killed our native predators as well.
