TANKA and CINQUAIN


a bright super moon
electrifies the night sky
she writes by the sea 
consoling letters of love
devotion strength and hope

the moon
lights the waves
sending sweet messages
to the one she loves and admires
always

  9. That painting is so much like a vivid dream I had some years ago, Rall. It was so amazingly real I had to try to capture it in my sketch book the next day. Unfortunately, that sketchbook was stolen (amongst other things) when our house was burgled shortly after. I still hope to find it one day, returning tο me like a homing pigeon. Lovely poems and perfect for the images you've chosen.
