Looks as though she is about to tear her hair out...justifiably. It is difficult to understand the concept of equality when it is avoided like the plague.
I sympathise after a fashion; but why is it that you never find women complaining that they can't get jobs as bricklayer's labourers, or cess-pool emptiers?
Changing dirty nappies is equivalent to cess pool emptier except it's unpaid work. If the Anglican Church does not want women Bishops it should not have allowed them to become priests in the first place.
Churches are a waste of space. Anachronistic ideas at every level. They are just political parties, in drag. (What? Oh, sorry nurse, is it time for my medication? Again? Oh.)

Yes..and it was largely women in the lay 'division' that voted no..nothing like screwing yourself in the foot..(is that even an expression?)..
