Haiku Heights

the sound of silence
respite from traffic and noise
just bird song and bush

no humans around
just ancient dinosaur prints
and acres of sky

  1. I love your line "acres of sky". Your poem reminds me of one my friend wrote called "A Silent Walk" about how life moves to fast to appreciate the "birdsong and bush" or to see "ancient dinosaur prints".
