Three Word Wednesday

a big ego
damaging to onlookers
but somehow legitimate

Haiku Heights

i see you sweetie
i spy with my little eye
a surreal starfish

my wife has great arms
all the better to strangle
me within marriage

Gala and Dali
go swimming with a Vermeer
for the heck of it

an eccentric man
could quite likely use his wife
as a table top

what a great talent
Dali eccentric and odd
made some strange paintings

time shrinks and expands
according to one's mood state
tick tock Dali clocks

  2. All good fun, thank you.

I could say that it puts a whole new slant on 'laying the table' but I wont, of course.

  6. Great set! (speaking of the table, not the haiku which was great too!) My favorite painting (never made) would be a Dali llama...

  8. Dali painted a beautiful picture of his sister looking out a window in 1925. His surrealist work later however was necessary for him to be controversial, noticed and be a platform for his eccentric fame. A master showman. Much like the (Arafat?) cartoon.
