Do you not have equality laws in Australia protecting the mentally ill or troubled?
Pull a stunt like this in Britain, then get a note saying you have a mental disorder (something trendy like a bi-polar disorder) and you become fire proof with an early promotion assured.
Sounds great...and you get to dance all over the office as well. :) I think it is perfectly normal
In Australia everything is compulsory . Equality is compulsory. Conformity is compulsory except we don't all have to wear grey uniforms like they used to in China......Everyone is supposed to get a fair go and we don't like smart arses getting above themselves by overtly succeeding or shining in anyway. Everyone is a winner or should I say a loser here.!
