Poets United:Poetry Pantry


she has successfully
dampened her volcano
with a super powered
sprinkling system
of academia
esoteric studies
philosophy theology
and high culture

but
turn up the rumba
and
the half moon specs are tossed
pandora's purple box is opened
all the signed agreements
ne'er to kiss cherry red lips are shredded
she hits the dance floor
she's off and running
at the lightning speed of a gazelle

    I love my dancing lessons and I can imagine her loose and free on the dance floor ~ I highly recommend dancing with a group of friends, smiles ~
