Have been thinking about using Inspector Clouseau in a haiku for days now -- the sidewalks are all covered with tons of salt -- reminds me of how Clouseau spilled the salt in the foyer and was tap dancing on it :)
I watched these Pink Panther movies over and over and over as a kid. Happy Memories in your haiku :)
Glad you enjoyed this. I love Peter Sellers as Closeau as well. The only salt we've got is on our fish and chips. It has been heat wave here ....but I am not complaining. Yesterday evening the beach was crowded ....does not get dark til about 8'30pm. Great atmosphere swimming when the sun has set. If I find another good shot of Closeau I will put it on.
Did so love Peter Sellers as Closeau ... the only real Closeau! And those Cato attacks too funny ... another movie I really must re-see! Lovely haiku and great memories!
LOL! Love it!

DeleteHeat wave ... dark at 8.30 .... oh my! We're about to be hit by another snow storm where I live.
[sigh.]
Laughing at the second one. Just look at the expression on her face!
ReplyDeleteEvery woman's dream, to be serenaded in bed! LOL
ReplyDeleteAre you sure about that ?:)
DeleteWhat a delightful way to get started this morning. Your haiku and pics put a fresh smile on my face.
