the men
sat and wept
hiding in a room praying
thinking it was all over
the women
when they saw the empty tomb
smiling
threw their baskets of ointments in the air
they knew
He appeared to many
and spread the joy
it was a time of sunshine
and many fragrances
myrrh rose and lemon blossom
lingered where he walked
He had risen
and when He ascended
a corner stone
was set in place to build upon
a new way of thinking
and a new way of living
