This appears to be a contrast of two people, but as I was reading it, the quote above reminded me of what someone said about me in high school. The first stanza seems a part of one person and the second stanza another part of them. It could be one person...or two sharing a life together. I like that about it.
dolce far niente --- ha i looked that up, cool phrase....and we all have to find that space that works for us...the first part of most anything is knowing yourself as well...
I do think sometimes a person can have two different sides. And they express themselves in different situations. Your last stanza neatly brings the 'loner' and the 'extrovert' together.
As a teacher, I see students who offer very different facets of themselves quite regularly. They are clearly a sum of these facets. Very efficiently expressed!
It seems like you're satisfied and comfortable with the time you spend alone (or with yourself). That's the best a poet can feel. Few words but a lot conveyed! Wonderful! "love my creative space two loners together" - I love these verses!
