I have a bad habit of poking things in between books. Just found this. Have not played it for about 20 years. Found letters poems cds cards in my tidy up....so much fodder for writing. Bitter sweet memories and a lot of joyful times....it was a time of freedom and relative innocence without terrorism. I want it back !

We are no match for a friend of mine who can spontaneously start a conga line in a supermarket . Shopping with him is like going to a party :)
DeleteVery nice way of putting the music on! nice poems!
ReplyDeleteAhhhhh, dancing barefoot. I was into Herb Alpert's sounds in the early '60's. Loved the Barzil 66 sounds, too. Love your post.
ReplyDeleteNice post Rall ... your tanka is really awesome and it brought an image to my mind from a novel by Paulo Coelho "The Witch of Portobello" in which the head character tries to reach out to her world and her gypsy roots by dancing.
