Why go out just to gaze at your phone. I think that for all of humanities advancemnt we prove ourselves incapable of appreciation of our beautiful world.
A sad observation of what is. Mobile/cell phones are indeed a blight and I really don't like them I do have a very basic mobile for emergencies - the only time they are a resource. Anna :o]
Ah, when walking, phones should be kept in pockets should emergency arise! I'm reminded of the commercial which portrayed a man absorbed with his phone while walking and stepping into an open manhole!
good observation. phones are supposed to help, not distract. even when exercising, they are using the phones. (perhaps they are checking their fitness apps?) :)
Wherever you are, be there! Phones are a blight.

Phones are useful, but when I am out mine is in my handbag not my hand.

We miss so much by staring at our phones instead of what is right before our eyes. Oh wait! It's the phone that's right before our eyes! :)
