Haiku Heights

time is money a
good reason for giving it
freely and with love

some girls just have it all
she is having a good time
surrounded by men

grace kelly actress
beauty from another time
hey-look no tattoos

escape from the kids
every mother needs time out
with friends at the beach

no point in trying
to hold back time-we all get
old and we all die

once upon a time
there was a prince and a show
girl-guess what happens

That's what happens when there's an abundance of it. Unfortunately only a handful has that privilege! Nicely Rallentanda!

    1. No you've missed the point Hank. People with an abundance usually give nothing. Giving is part of an altruistic belief system where people place a value on something other than the material. The greatest generosity I have ever experienced is from people who have nothing!

  7. Nice set of haiku and I sense a theme, but I haven't identified it yet. The elements linking affluence and time are thought provoking. Cool read.
