ReplyDeleteI found that letting the head slow the heart down is underrated as a way to sustain the thrills. The "feelings" come from hormones. The hormones come, and go, and come back. Releasing the expectation that "feelings" will last seemed to be what made it possible for "feelings" to keep coming back.
