Bonjour Spring Magic

poetry jam

the whole place
is magic
full of
dark magic
magie noire
smiles that light
up the sky
and eyes

eyes
that burn
with desire
gentle laughter
silk flutes rippling
through sunshine

magic that wraps
tight like a coil
until you can't breathe
and then
splits open
like a ripe pod
into a million
star fragments

magic
is magic
and
it's
everywhere

    My favourite lines -
    magic that wraps
    tight like a coil
    until you can't breathe
    and then
    splits open
    like a ripe pod
    into a million
    star fragments

  16. Beautiful poem, Rall. If we open our eyes and unstop our ears we shall appreciate the everyday magic that we so often ignore.
